Greet attendees. Collect
fees. Assure
Insurance waiver is signed. Distribute
schedule. Fill
out lunch menu form. SCDH Sponsor? Email
list? Give directions. Distribute packets to teachers. |

Workshop
Monitors: |
1-2+ hours; varies |
Assist teachers as necessary. Distribute
feedback forms at end of workshop. Report
needs or concerns to the SCDH booth and wait for
assistance. |

Set-Up
Crew: |
Friday Afternoon & 7:00 - 9:00 am Saturday |
Coordinated by Jim Romano and Bob Palmer. Move
tables, chairs, etc in various locations. Set
up banners. These
folks are physically well , and REALLY needed! |

Take-Down
Crew AND Clean-Up Crew: |
3:30 - 7:00 pm |
Opposite of Set-Up. The
more hands, the better. We
leave the Church and all facilities in pristine
condition. |

Kitchen
Crew: |
All day; pick a slot |
Sets up and sells breakfast, lunch and
reception. |

SCDH Booth: |
8 am- 4 pm; pick a slot |
"Nerve center" of the Fest. Information,
SCDH items for sale. Message and communication station. |

Instrument, Cart, Storage: |

Concert Stage Manager & Assistants: |

Assure all necessary equipment not handled by performers
or Sound Tech is in place, including fans. Monitor
schedule to assure Concert begins & ends on time. Coordinate
with emcee. Provide
assistance to performers, emcee. Assure
safety on stage and respectful, appropriate use of the
Sanctuary. |

donated items and ASSIST AT CONCERT - in the DISTRIBUTION
of ITEMS. Ticket sales, too!
Examples - music accessories, music books,
CDs, gift cards, homemade or handmade items, plants, travel items,
tote bags, gift baskets, something appropriate for our festival!
Fall theme, donations that can also be
included in the drawings (Scarecrow kids, baskets of artificial or
real flowers, plants, - all must be free-standing and appropriate to
use in the Sanctuary).
